Application

Waterproofing system for use on exposed car parking areas with light car traffic. Also suitable for roofs exposed to UV or domestic pedestrian traffic.

Description

Liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing system for use on exposed car parking areas.

Comprises:

Primer, either:
MARISEAL® 710, a solvent-based polyurethane for porous substrate penetration;
MARISEAL® AQUA PRIMER, a water-based two-part epoxy primer for porous and non-porous substrate penetration; or
MARISEAL® 750, a transparent, rigid, two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer.
MARISEAL® 250, a cold-applied and cold curing, one-component polyurethane membrane based on elastomeric hydrophobic resins.
MARISEAL® FABRIC, a non-woven polyester reinforcement (not applicable for systems <1 mm thick).
Silica sand.
MARISEAL® 420, a pigmented, wear-resistant, semi-rigid, colour- and UV-stable, weather stable, cold applied and cold curing, one-component aliphatic polyurethane coating, used as a top coat.

Guidance for specification option: A water-based two-part epoxy primer for porous and non-porous substrate penetration. Standard coverage rate: 100–200 g/m² in one or two coats. MARISEAL® 750. Guidance for specification option: A transparent, rigid, two-component epoxy solvent-free primer used as a primer in high impact applications. Standard coverage rate: 200–300 g/m².
