High quality polyethylene foam certified to BS EN ISO 717/2 which achieves 19 dB at 3 mm thickness and 22 dB at 5 mm (ratings may vary dependent on the adhesive applied).
Slats have to be filled with Ultrabond S997 1K elastic, solvent-free, single part, silane-based thixotrophic adhesive or Ultrabond P990 1K elastic, solvent-free, single part, polyurethane-based adhesive.
