Description
The LPS 1175 Security Rated Platinum Pedestrian Control Turnstile B3 is a heavy-duty, high-security turnstile designed to withstand extreme pedestrian attack. The Platinum Turnstile has resisted an intensive attack test programme per LPS 1175: Issue 8, which involved a series of attack tests, each lasting at least three minutes using a wide array of hand and battery-powered tools. The turnstile is manufactured from robust carbon steel. It allows only single-file, authorized access and includes an anti-return solenoid lock and status indicator with a red and green light. It has a heavy-duty, vandal-resistant head mechanism with a metal reinforced high-security lid and is set to fail secure in the event of power failure.
