Description
Slimline aluminium perimeter seal featuring a silicone gasket that protects against sound, smoke, weather, draught and light.
Features and benefits:
- Slimline aluminium perimeter seal featuring a silicone gasket suitable for acoustic and smoke containment. Designed to be fitted to existing door stops.
- A neat cover plate conceals fixing screws. Easily installed without removing the door.
- Tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010.
- LAS7001 si meets the smoke leakage performance requirements of BS 9999 when tested in accordance with BS 476-31-1.
- BS EN 1634-3:2004 at ambient and medium temperature; effective smoke seal up to 200°C.
- Acoustic performance: Weighted sound reduction index up to (Rw): 34 dB.
- Fixing: Wood screws are supplied (self-tapping screws for metal frames are available on request). Fixing holes are pre-drilled and slotted to allow the seals to be adjusted and positioned accurately. A PVC cover strip to conceal fixings is supplied.
