Langley TA - 25 Bitumen Membrane Cold Roof Waterproofing System

This cold roof system, is a torch applied SBS elastomeric membrane system for flat or sloping roofs.

• The cap sheet is available in dark grey. For delineating walkways, the cap sheet is available in bauxite red.

• Elastoflex GS achieves a ‘resistance to damage’ rating R4 (the highest level of acceptance) under MOAT 31.

• EPD Certification for bitumen membranes.
