Application
Suitable for areas where a slip-resistant finish is required, such as walkways, stairways, and balconies. Compatible with most common waterproofing systems, including asphalt and bituminous membranes.
Description
A cold-applied, two-component PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) liquid waterproofing system designed for balconies, walkways, and stairways. The LPA-20 Cold system provides a continuous waterproofing layer with a slip-resistant finish.
Features and Benefits:
- Cold-applied, wet-on-wet application with rapid curing (typically 30 minutes per coat).
- 20-year independent insurance backed guarantee.
- Continuous waterproofing layer reinforced with polyester fleece for strength and crack-bridging.
- Slip-resistant finish designed for pedestrian areas.
- Fire performance: Tested build-ups that are compliant with Broof(t4) BS EN 13501-5:2016 are available.
- BBA certified (16/5339) and compliant with NHBC Technical Standards Chapter 7.1.
- Available in a range of RAL colours (minimum quantities apply).
