Application

  • Specifically designed for the structural repair of concrete structures such as runways, bridges, decks and floors, which cannot be taken out of service for prolonged periods.
  • This product can be used for repairs up to 100 mm deep as supplied. For deeper repairs of up to 300 mm, Intercrete 4802 can be combined with a non-porous aggregate of particle size 6–10 mm (e.g. granite) to form a pourable concrete.
  • Depending upon the condition of the substrate and any exposed steel reinforcement, additional surface preparation products from the Intercrete range may be required prior to the application of Intercrete 4802.
  • The following topcoats are recommended for Intercrete 4801: Intercrete 4850 and Intercrete 4870.
  • Consult International Protective Coatings for further details.
