Description

A metal-faced insulated loft hatch with ladder designed to provide safe and convenient access to attic or loft spaces while maintaining thermal performance in accordance with Building Regulation Part L.

The unit features a metal door with a picture frame, a telescopic loft ladder, and a three‑point locking system.

The panel is insulated with 50 mm polystyrene insulation sheets (EPS70/SDN) and achieves a U‑value of 0.567 W/m²K to minimise heat loss and improve energy efficiency.

The door leaf is hinged by a full‑length piano hinge to ensure smooth operation of the integrated ladder.

Panels should be installed prior to final ceiling finishes where applicable.
