Loft Hatch With Ladders Non Fire Rated
Loft access hatch - non fire rated fitted with a loft ladder.
Application
An insulated loft hatch with a ladder is used to provide convenient access to an attic or loft space while maintaining thermal insulation, helping to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency in a building, complying with Building Regulation Part L.
Description
R12 Range - Metal faced insulated loft hatch ceiling access panel, non fire rated, metal door, picture frame, 3 Point Locking System, single door unit, fitted with a telescopic loft ladder.
This product achieves a U-value of 0.567 W/m²K. Construction using 50 mm polystyrene insulation sheets (Material Grade EPS70/SDN). The panels door leaf is hinged by a full length piano hinge.
