Insulated Metal Loft Hatch – Beaded Frame – U Value 0.760 W/m² - R12 Range

A metal-faced insulated loft hatch designed to provide access through ceilings into loft or attic spaces while maintaining thermal performance and helping to reduce heat loss in compliance with Building Regulation Part L.

The panel comprises a metal door and 25 mm beaded frame, with a 50 mm polystyrene insulation core and an integral draft seal to improve airtightness. The unit achieves a thermal transmittance (U-value) of 0.760 W/m², making it suitable for use in energy‑efficient building envelopes.

Panels are supplied with a budget lock as standard and are finished in powder-coated RAL 9010 (30% gloss). Variants include non-fire-rated and one‑hour fire-rated options.
