An offsite manufactured, timber-based structural roof deck with weather tight membrane
Application
Suitable for flat or low-pitched roofs <5° with a parapet wall. Insulation to be fitted above (by others) to create a warm roof construction. Compatible with various insulated roof covering systems such as Bauder or Sika. Designed to support roof mounted services and plant such as ventilation equipment and photo-volatic arrays.
Description
Engineered structural timber rafters and joists with OSB deck and self-adhesive weatherproof membrane. Provides a safe working platform and suitable substrate for a range of roofing systems including green roof, and single-ply membrane.
Designed specifically for the project, manufactured offsite and delivered in large-format 2.4 x 8 m units. Compatible with Innovare i-FAST external wall system and parapet walls which provide leading edge protection during and after construction.
The roof system can be installed with temporary water outlets to drain rainwater during construction and before the final roof system is completed.
