A chemically neutral VOC free, low-odour elastic polymer hybrid paste adhesive with good resistance to UV, weather and ageing, free from isocyanates and silicone.
Application
External window perimeter and linear joint sealing membranes. Illbruck breather membranes. Illbruck Vapour Barrier membranes.
Do not apply below +5°C and rising. Apply as a bead of adhesive and not as a contact adhesive. Not compatible with EPDM rubber, bitumen, MMA, PMMA substrates
Description
For bonding illbruck internal and external membranes to window, door and curtain wall frames and other structural substrates. SP025 is principally reserved for the illbruck membranes that have achieved a Reaction to Fire of Class B-s3,d0 or better according to EN 13501-1 but can also be used with other illbruck "Intelligent" membranes requiring a paste adehesive to form a long term air and water tight bond. SP025 is also suitable for use as primary weather seal between the glazing frame and structure or for sealing other construction joints.
Features and benefits:

- Excellent bonding, even with slightly damp surfaces.
- Fast-curing, single-component system (film formation time 25 minutes, approximately).
