Prefabricated brick slip unit designed to be fixed to IG's welded masonry support.
Suitable for use on residential buildings under 18 metres (11 metres in Scotland).
B.O.S.S. is a lightweight, stainless steel, prefabricated brick slip soffit system designed to be quickly and easily bolted to IG’s Welded Masonry Support (WMS) to create deep reveals, soffits and flying beams on masonry facades. Manufactured offsite, the prefabricated components are delivered to site complete with brick slips adhesively bonded to the stainless steel carrier unit. These BBA approved lightweight components facilitate fast and efficient installation and integrate seamlessly with brickwork constructed onsite. Installation time onsite can be reduced by up to 90% and the need for mechanical lifting is removed as B.O.S.S. units are on average 70% lighter than equivalent concrete units.
Creates seamless floating brick illusion to suit any soffit size and bond pattern to suit the design of the building.
