Deep metal resilient bar designed for use as part of an acoustic wall or acoustic ceiling system.
Hush Bar Deep is suitable for acoustic walls, floors and ceilings in a wide range of buildings including:
Hush Bar Deep resilient bar is used to optimise acoustic performance by virtually decoupling a ceiling or wall lining from its structure. This significantly reduces sound transmission through wall and floor/ceiling structures.
This resilient bar creates a larger than usual void within a wall or ceiling construction and it allows high mass boards to be used. It can provide enhanced acoustic performance compared to standard resilient bars when used with a recommended lining.
