A fully developed economical sound insulation system between separating floors.

Features:

  • For use in refurbishment, conversion or new build development with a concrete/ screed structure.
  • Building Regulations Approved Document E (E&W), Technical Handbook Section 5 (Scotland) and Technical Handbook G (Northern Ireland) compliant.
  • Achieves a one-hour fire resistance.
  • Creates a service void at ceiling level.

Components:

  • Overscreed Acoustic Membrane.
  • Hush Bond - to bond the membrane.
  • 65 mm thick sand/ cement screed - supplied by others.
  • Concrete slab - supplied by others.
  • Hush MF Ceiling System - installed to the underside of the structure.
  • Hush Slab 100 - fitted tightly together within the ceiling void.
  • Two layers of 12.5 mm thick Gyproc Soundbloc plasterboard - supplied by others.
