Acoustic separating floor system for beam and block floors.
Suitable for use in new build, conversion or refurbishment projects based on beam and block concrete structures.
HD1009 Hush System BB provides an effective acoustic insulation solution for concrete separating floors created using beam and block.
It is an economical and simple system that is fully tested to deliver excellent sound insulation in new build and refurbishment projects.
The performance of HD1009 is achieved through a design that disrupts sound paths through separation and the use of high quality materials including Hush Panel 28 - a high mass acoustic floorboard.
HD1009 Hush System BB is compliant with the UK Building Regulations relating to acoustic insulation - Approved Document E (England & Wales), Part G (Northern Ireland) and Section 5 (Scotland).
How the HD1009 system is formed:
Acoustic performance *
Impact (L’nT,w) - 50 dB
Airborne (DnT,w) - 54 dB
Airborne (DnT,w + Ctr) - 48 dB
* Results based on full Hush System HD1009 used in conjunction with a beam and block construction at the required mass per m².
