Description
Prima internal fire door blanks feature Halspan’s three-layer particle board. Specifically designed for the purpose, using a complex combination of chemical and engineering development, these blanks produce doors of altogether superior quality, strength and overall performance.
Features and benefits:
- 44mm or 54mm internal fire door blank.
- Fire performance: FD30 / FD30S* / FD60 / FD60S*
- Acoustic performance: Upto 34dB Rw (unglazed); 36dB Rw (glazed). See variant.
- Durability performance: Severe duty - tested to 00171/85 6375-2.
- Thermal performance: U-value = 2.00 W/m²K (Prima FD30 44mm); 1.6 W/m²K (Prima FD60 54mm).
- Chain of Custody: FSC®.
- Particle board: formaldehyde release rating: 0.05 ppm when tested to EN 717-1.
- Weight = 27.7 kg m2 (Prima FD30 44mm); 34kg m2 (Prima FD60 54mm).
- Suitable for PAS23/24 (Prima FD30 44mm); PAS24 (Prima FD60 54mm).
- Suitable for veneer, laminate or paint finishes.
