Description

Intalok ® reveal panel suitable for fully supported cladding applications. Installation is straightforward, one panel interlocking into the next with a concealed fixing.

Features and benefits:

  • CWCT tested version available.
  • Material - A1 Fire rated.
  • Protective Finishes: Greencoat steel is protected with a zinc coating before being finished with the final BT finish. The zinc coating (Z, 100 – 350 g/m²) is lead free and has a minimum zinc content of 99 %. This protects the steel from corrosion in two ways. It is a protective layer keeping oxygen and water away from the steel, but it also acts as a cathodic protection. This means that at cut edges or in case of damages through the zinc coating, the zinc will sacrifice itself and react to form protective compounds and block further corrosion processes.
  • Suitable for vertical cladding and soffit applications are ideal for use on facades with high aesthetic requirement where a rigid flat finished is required.
  • Panels can also be employed to clad small surfaces such as dormers, fascias or gables.
  • Can be manufactured in various widths/shadow gap combinations.
  • Standard or bespoke reveal panels design are available, consult manufacturer for details.
  • Panels can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
