Application
The Gorter RHT standard roof hatch with fixed stairs is suitable for installation on flat roofs with a maximum slope of 30° and can be used in a wide range of buildings, including offices, factories, apartment buildings, villas, shopping malls, hotels and public-sector facilities. It provides a safe and compliant solution for roof access and emergency escape, enabling routine maintenance, inspections, servicing of rooftop installations, roof terrace access and emergency egress.

Description
The RHT roof hatches with fixed stairs feature a strong and patented construction. Due to several modifications, the roof hatch is even more resistant against unexpected extreme loads, both during construction and in general use.
Proven insulation performance of the complete roof hatch
With the RHT roof hatch, the insulation value is calculated for the entire construction (Uw), not just the insulation material. The proven insulation performance of the complete hatch is Uw ≤ 0.276 W/(m²·K).
