Description

Electrically operated, centre-pivot roof window with additional fixed element beneath, for roofs pitched between 15–90°.

The fixed window is installed directly below the roof window.

Ventilation, exterior maintenance and cleaning is all via the roof window.

Features:

  • Ideal for out-of-reach areas.
  • Additional fixed element beneath offers a great view while standing and when seated.

Operation:

  • Simple, convenient wall switch to operate the upper windows.
  • Rain sensor closes the upper windows automatically in the event of rain.

Warranty:

  • Ten-year guarantee for windows, panes.
  • Three-year guarantee for electrical items and blinds.
