Flowpatch Range - Pourable repair mortar

Flowpatch®:

An easy to mix pourable material for quick repairs to level concrete, inside or outside. Very strong and hardening quickly, it will accept heavy traffic including forklifts just two hours after application.

• Can be applied from 10mm to 100mm
• Ideal for filling deep holes before screeding.

Flowpatch® sub zero:

A pre-mixed magnesium phosphate cement blended with specially selected aggregates, that will cure rapidly, even at -20°C and accept traffic after just two hours. Ideal for repairing holes or levelling damaged concrete floors in freezer and chiller rooms. Also suitable for general external repairs in cold conditions.

Flowpatch Asphalt Repair:

For decades we’ve been recommending our bestselling Flowpatch® pourable repair mortar for fast, pourable and strong repairs to concrete. Now, we’ve reformulated this winning formula so you can use it to repair asphalt and tarmac surfaces too.

Traditionally, repairs would involve cutting out around the damaged asphalt and refilling with a similar material. With Watco Flowpatch Asphalt Repair, just pour the mixture straight over the top of the surface erosion and used to fill holes up to 100mm deep in just one layer.

Features and benefits:

• Just add water, mix and pour.
• Can be applied to damp (not wet) concrete.
• Sets at low temperatures (down to 5°C).
• Can be applied at any depth between 10–200mm.
• Fibre-reinforced.
• Magnesium-based formula generates heat when mixed with water, allowing the product to be used as low as -20°C (Sub-Zero version only).
• Starts to hardens in 10 minutes, fully hard in five hours when suitably insulated (at -10°C) and can be applied at 50mm thick at -20°C (Sub-Zero version only).
