A range of pourable concrete repair mortars for filling holes in concrete or asphalt floors inside or out.
Application

Mixing

Mix the water at the following ratio: 1kg of powder to 100ml of water.

Due to the short working life of the mixed product, we recommend you carry out the mixing near to the repair and not near to the water source. Put the water into the empty bucket and gradually add the powder stirring constantly to achieve a pourable slurry.

Application

When a smooth consistency is achieved, simply pour it in to the hole.

Working time

Approximately 5 to 10 minutes at 20°C, so do not mix at one time more than you can use within a few minutes.

Flowpatch Asphalt Repair:

For decades we’ve been recommending our bestselling Flowpatch® pourable repair mortar for fast, pourable and strong repairs to concrete. Now, we’ve reformulated this winning formula so you can use it to repair asphalt and tarmac surfaces too.

Traditionally, repairs would involve cutting out around the damaged asphalt and refilling with a similar material. With Watco Flowpatch Asphalt Repair, just pour the mixture straight over the top of the surface erosion and used to fill holes up to 100mm deep in just one layer.

Recommended areas of use

  • Car parks
  • Loading areas
  • Drives
  • Paths
  • Internal asphalt floors

Features and benefits:

  • Just add water, mix and pour.
  • Can be applied to damp (not wet) concrete.
  • Sets at low temperatures (down to 5°C).
  • Can be applied at any depth between 10–200mm.
  • Fibre-reinforced.
  • Magnesium-based formula generates heat when mixed with water, allowing the product to be used as low as -20°C (Sub-Zero version only).
  • Starts to hardens in 10 minutes, fully hard in five hours when suitably insulated (at -10°C) and can be applied at 50mm thick at -20°C (Sub-Zero version only).
