Floor Mounted - Armco Column Protection Unit (CPU) - Vehicle Restraint System

The units are used to protect and encircle all types of columns that are found in developments both internally and externally of all most any size. Circular protection also saves on valuable space compared to encasing the column in a rectangular shape of barrier.

These units can be adapted to suit most developments and are available if needed in more lightweight versions using a single height Warehouse Rail or by using Monostrut Rail. All sizes from as low as 400 mm diameter can catered for in some way.

All units will be installed using the Berry Systems Spring Steel Buffers that allow for significant absorption of impact. The circular shape of the units also add to the flexibility of the system as the impact is shared all around the rail as well, thus preventing damage to the column and to the protection unit.

They are also available in semi-circular units for use in areas such as pipe and wire protection.
