Application
The Gorter RHT special sizes roof hatch is suitable for installation on flat roofs with a maximum slope of 30° and can be used in a wide range of buildings, including offices, factories, apartment buildings, villas, shopping malls, hotels and public-sector facilities. It provides a safe and compliant solution for roof access and emergency escape, enabling routine maintenance, inspections, servicing of rooftop installations, roof terrace access and emergency egress.

With the RHT roof hatch, the insulation value is calculated for the entire construction (Uw), not just the insulation material. This sets Gorter apart in the roof hatch market, where many suppliers only provide the PIR insulation value. The proven insulation performance of the complete hatch is Uw ≤ 0.276 W/(m²·K).
