Description
Flat Glass rooflight hatch range can be configured to include a range of opening options such as a powered access hatch. This provides safe, easy access to roof spaces for maintenance or to open up roof spaces for terraces and roof gardens.
Units come fully assembled and ready to fit with PVC kerb and 24 V tandem actuators, and with optional 230 V transformer, wind and rain sensor.
Features and benefits:

- Elegant aluminium frame powder coated in choice of RAL 7016 grey or RAL 9005 black.
- Safe, easy access to flat and low pitch roofs.
- Large daylight and ventilation area.
- Highly thermally efficient with thermally isolated frame and double glazing offering overall U-values as low as 1.72 W/m²·K.
- Safety of those below and above the rooflight assured thanks to a laminated inner pane and the product achieving non-fragility to CWCT TN-67 (for class 1 or 2 roofs depending on size) and Class B non-fragile to ACR[M]001 when new and fully installed to manufacturers installation guidelines.

- Units supplied with 24 V tandem actuators and 300 mm high PVC kerb.
