Application

For fire-resistant and smoke-tight indoor applications.
Suitable for sealing fire retardant joints in walls and ceilings, fire-retardant filling of cracks in concrete and plasterwork, and applications where the sealant needs to be overpainted with water-based paints and varnishes.

Description

Firecryl FR is a fire-resistant, smoke-tight, with heat load intumescent plasto-elastic sealant based on acrylic dispersion.

Features and benefits:

Prevents the passage of fire and smoke.
Intumesces when exposed to temperatures higher than 120°C.
Can be painted over after curing.
Very easy to apply.

Curing	Physical drying; skin formation approx. 20 minutes. Guidance for specification option: At 23°C/ 50% relative humidity. May vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, and type of substrates.
