Application

Used to seal door and window frames throughout the fire rated areas of a building. 

Nullifire FF197 has excellent adhesion to most building materials such as wood, brick, stone, cement, plaster, polystyrene, cable sheaths, metals, plastics and firmly sets in approximately one hour.

Description

A modified, single component, fire rated polyurethane foam used to seal linear gaps through fire rated areas of a building.


Fire resistance:

Nullifire FF197 has excellent uneven gap filling properties and bonds to most common building materials. This product acts as a fire seal for up to four hour fire rating, tested to the latest British and European standards BS EN 1366-4 and DIN 4102-1 (B1), it can also be used in conjunction with Nullifire FS702 intumescent acrylic or FS703 silicone sealant. Tested to BS EN 1634-1 (fire door); FD60 performance achieved.
