Application

For internal use. Suitable for fitting into aluminium, timber or steel frames.

Description

A range of single doors and matched-over panels that are face finished with bespoke handcrafted real wood veneers or commercially available decorative laminates. The product is rated BS 476-22 fire resistant for 30 minutes.


Features and benefits:

  • Approved under IFC Field of Application report PAR/10321/01 for use within aluminium, timber or steel frames utilized in the UK interior fit-out construction industry.
  • Each Forza fire door carries a unique IFCC label that identifies its audit trail of manufacture and affirms its fire characteristics.
  • Vision panels are suitably fitted with glass to provide non-fire, FD30/0, FD30/30 and acoustic performance. Other more project specific styles such as half oval or triangles are also available.
  • A wide range of veneers are available, offering a variety of cuts, grain directions and lay-on matching.
  • Mechanical test to BS EN 1192: (EN 947, EN 948, EN 949, EN 950) Severe Duty (class 4) and DD171:1987: Severe Duty.
  • Cycling tests to BS EN 1191 (classification to EN 12400): Heavy Duty (class 7).
