Application
Suitable for use as a guaranteed surface damp proof membrane with a single coat, where a structural damp proof membranes may not be present.
Description
One coat, solvent free, low viscosity, two-component epoxy resin damp proof membrane (DPM).
Features and benefits:

- Protects the final floor covering from residual construction, moisture and rising damp.
- Can be applied where a structural damp proof membrane is not present or is ineffective.
- Accommodates up to 98% relative humidity (RH) - theoretically 99.9% RH.
- Increased coverage up to 38%, 25–33 m² (dependent on application thickness).
- Can be applied to anhydrite/ calcium screed-based screeds (without underfloor heating where readings are up to 87% RH).
- Solvent free (in-line with BREEAM compliance).
- Eco-friendly.
- Suitable for concrete, sand and cement screeds incorporating underfloor heating (surface temperature must not exceed 27°C in accordance with BS 8203 and BS 5325).
All aspects of the installation must be in accordance with the requirements of British Standard BS 8203 Installation of Resilient Floor Coverings – Code of Practice or BS 5325 – British Standard Code of practice for installation of textile floor coverings, BS 8204 - Screeds, bases and in-situ floorings and supplementary specifications.
