Application
- Suitable for use, with height restriction, on new or existing domestic and non-domestic buildings.
- The systems are not subject to any restriction on proximity to boundaries.
- BBA 09-4625 PS4 - Timber Frame is restricted for use in buildings up to 18 m in height (see section 4.3 of BBA Certificate).
- BBA 09-4625 PS5 - Steel Frame is restricted for use in buildings with no storey above 18 metres when using timber battens (see section 4.3 of BBA Certificate).
Description
The Epsitec External Wall Insulation System for steel and timber framed buildings, comprising mechanically fixed stone wool boards with basecoat and glassfibre reinforcement mesh applied over the top, primed and finished in a silicone texture.
