Effisus Vapour FR System

For use as a Vapour Control Layer Membrane (VCL). Protects the building from condensation risk and improves the airtightness, and consequently the energy efficiency. The Vapour FR membrane should be located on the internal face (warm side) of the back wall and fixed on the top of vertical Galvanized Steel SFS Studs. The weatherproofing design of AVCL membrane systems should be done in detail and on a project-by-project basis.


High quality and multifunctional weatherproofing airtight vapour barrier manufactured from fibreglass technology with an aluminium foil, developed to achieve a fire reaction Class A1 as membrane and Class A2-s1,d0 as system according to EN 13501-1. The final fire classification of the system was obtained for Effisus Vapour FR membrane with Effisus accessories (tapes and adhesives).
