Description

Slimwall™ CPS-SSF Discreet-Fix Flat Panel Wall cladding system.


Features and benefits:

  • 35 mm deep Discreet-Fix flat panel with modules available of 500–1100 mm, joint size of 20–30 mm and lengths up to 6 m.
  • All system components as non-combustible.
  • Matching soffit system available (specified separately).
  • Available in aluminium, Cor-Ten and A1-rated ACM in a range of finishes:
  • Aluminium: PPC, Armacoil™ HDP, Armacoil™ HDP-HT, Anodised, Stucco-Embossed Mill-Finish (SEMF) and Smooth Mill Finish (MF).
  • Cor-Ten: Unweathered.
  • A1-rated ACM: Refer to ACM manufacturer.
  • Available as a fire-resistance rated insulated system assembly when combined with APL Tritherm™ Spacer System, with simple system upgrades for improved fire resistance performance.
  • Successfully tested to CWCT-standards.
  • A1 fire-rated coatings available.
  • Available with coating warranties up to 40 years including in marine environments.
  • Available as Airwall™ - perforated.
  • System constructions available onto APL StrongBak™, cladding rails, SFS and blockwork.

  • SFS/ blockwork/ timber - With maximum 33 kg/m³ type, use P211/Insulation Pins with P534 at three per m² fixed to P618 Tophat.
  • Where Rainscreen-Type (eg Duoslab) is used, use P211/DS/SS/70 in centres and P211/DS/PL/7/25 at each board perimeter, fixed back with P191/HH fixing.
