Diathonite Acoustix+ is environmentally friendly, formulated with natural raw materials such as cork (0–3 mm in grain size), clay, diatomaceous powders and hydraulic binder. Thanks to improved sound-absorbing ability, Diathonite Acoustix+ eliminates reverberation and reduces reflected echoes. The plaster has a high breathability, good thermal insulation, dehumidifying capacity and excellent reaction to fire. The porosity that characterises the structure and the presence of natural hydraulic lime make the plaster also bacteriostatic and highly mould resistant.
