Description
Double leaf roof access hatch manufactured to specific size requirements according to project.
Features and benefits:
- Heavy duty slam latch.
- 50 mm insulated curb with cap flashing and Bilclip flashing system.
- Fully enclosed counter balanced compression springs.
- Automatically locking hold open arm.
- EDPM gasket providing Air Leakage performance 4.83 m³/hr/m² @ 600 Pa, tested to BS EN 12207:2000.
- Fully insulated cover and curb (50 mm thick faced rigid polyisocyanurate thermal insulation board).
- Factory finish is mill finish aluminium.
