Aluminium curtain walling system incorporates the full range of Profile 22's 70 mm windows and doors which offer greater choice and value for specifiers .

The wide choice enables to meet critical requirements such as thermal insulation, acoustics or weather tightness.

Description

The Curtain walling system is a thermally broken system that integrates the full range of 70 mm windows & doors systems offering a wider choice of product, flexibility and endless design configurations. Specifier can choose from direct glazing insulation or spandrel panels. Ideal for buildings that require large area of fenestration.


Features and benefits:

  • Accepts 70 mm windows and doors. 
  • Makes replacement of individual glazed units easier in the event of damage or breakage.
  • Specifiers can choose from direct glaze insulation or spandrel panels.
  • If in the unlikely event a glazed unit does need to be replaced, the system accepts individual glazed frames. The bead is simply removed and the new glass unit slotted in from the inside, for a simple and quick replacement.
  • The curtain wall system is PVC-U clad; both internally and externally, ensuring colour and material matches for an attractive end result.
  • Window frames, cover caps and cladding panels are fitted post installation minimizing site damage.


Cavity design:

  • Thermal cavity design to AAMA TIR-A8-90 structural performance of poured and de-bridged barriers.
  • Thermally broken aluminium sections to have Chromium Phosphate finish.
