CS Allway® ZB Series Car Park Joint Covers

Recess-mounted, one-piece extruded EPDM elastomeric seal with integral nosings, which is bonded to the substrate with high strength epoxy adhesive.

The product is much stronger than traditional elastomeric concrete systems, providing a problem-free long-term joint solution.

ZB joint covers have been subjected to rigorous testing, including rolling loads of 1350 kg per wheel, with simultaneous vertical slab deflection; sub-zero temperature testing, including several freeze-thaw cycles; and all applicable ASTM cycling tests. At 35 000 cycles the seal exhibited no wear or tear from the rolling load.

• Compatible with concrete or paving finishes (standard sealant supplied with the product cannot be used with bituminous finishes).
• Sealed on each side using a urethane sealant, to create a watertight solution when installed in waterproof structures.
• Ribbed surface finish to offer slip resistance.
• Fixing:
• Floor: Installed using CS supplied high-strength epoxy adhesive and Black urethane sealant.
• Wall angle: Fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
