Dual-gasket flush-floor covers with a recessed aluminium centre plate to take carpet, wood or vinyl flooring for minimum visual impact. Designed to accommodate multi-directional building movement.
Application
Floor joint applications with flooring up to 9.5 mm-deep (carpet, wood or vinyl flooring). Not recommended for brittle finishes. Suitable for areas where light wheeled equipment is in use.
Description
Flush floor, recess-mounted covers with a recessed aluminium centre plate to take up to 9.5 mm thick carpet, wood or vinyl flooring (not recommended for brittle finishes).
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 110 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +38 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to ±3 mm.
- Lateral movement: up to ±8 mm.
- Load capability: 250 kg point load.
- Dual gasket for larger movement requirements.
- Easy to clean, ideal for interiors where hygiene is important.
- Suitable for areas where light wheeled equipment is in use.
- DGTRD(W) models can be fitted over a range of joint widths, whilst maintaining the same movement capability.
- GTRD(W) models require a consistent joint width.
- Fixing:
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
- Wall fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
