Dual-gasket recess-mounted floor joint covers offering a large movement range. The recessed centre plate is designed to accept vinyl flooring, bonded carpet or other finishes up to 3.2 mm thick.
Application
Floor joint covers for applications with up to 3.2 mm-thick carpet or vinyl flooring, requiring large movement capability and minimum visual impact.
Description
Recess-mounted floor joint covers with dual gaskets and 3.2 mm-deep recessed aluminium centre plate to take a vinyl floor, bonded carpet or other insert.
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 110 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +38 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to ±15 mm.
- Lateral movement: up to ±8 mm.
- Load capability: 250 kg point load.
- Easy to clean, suited to interiors where hygiene is important.
- DGTR(W) models can be installed over a range of joint widths.
- GTR(W) models require a consistent joint width.
- Fixing:
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
- Wall fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
