CORE Edge HD Range - Long - Steel edging

Heavy-duty steel edging manufactured from 2.5 mm steel, strong enough to cope with vehicular traffic.

This flexible steel edging can be quickly and easily installed without specialist tools. Used to form both straight lines and curved radius or bent on site to form precise angles, it provides a perfect clean edge for a variety of landscaping applications.

• All of the edging options, except for the weathered steel (Cor-Ten effect), have a 20-µm galvanized zinc plated coating. The RAL coloured edgings have a further 110-µm UV-resistant polyester powder coating, preventing colour fade and forming a durable scratch resistant barrier guaranteeing a 20+-year product life.
• The weathered steel (Cor-Ten effect) forms a stable rust-like appearance when exposed to the elements, also guaranteeing a 20+ year product life. The dual lock mechanism incorporated into each length provides a secure and sturdy connection between two edgings, making for a quick and easy install with no specialist tool requirements. The attached ground spike incorporates a unique reinforced fold along its centre to provide maximum strength, making it suitable for use in tougher ground conditions and if soft ground is encountered, a 300 mm galvanized rebar extension can be easily retro fitted through the ground spike to provide additional stability
