Description
The Colt Defender F2 EI60S is a fire rated smoke control damper that controls the movement of smoke through a building. It has been specifically designed to form part of a smoke ventilation system and is ideally suited to the Colt Shaft system, and can be controlled as part of the shaft system network.
Features and benefits:
- Distinctive design creates a flush finish with the wall when closed, making it extremely discreet when installed.
- External surfaces can be painted to match surrounding walls.
- Constructed from mild steel and fire rated A1 non-combustible calcium silicate board.
- Mineral wool insulation.
- Advanced, multi-stage sealing system ensures smoke leakage is controlled in both ambient and fire conditions.
- Fire rated to provide 60 minutes of integrity and insulation when closed.
- Motor release from the corridor/lobby side for ease of maintenance.
- Smoke sealed.
- Suitable for applications covered by ADB/9999/9991/ SCA Guide.
- Tested to EN 1363-1 and BS EN 1366 Parts 2 and 10.
- Certified to EN 12101 Part 8 and is classified to EN 13501-4 (EI60 (Ved i<>o) S 1000 C300 AA Multi).
- CE and UKCA marked.
