Application

Suitable for commercial and public spaces such as showrooms, offices, and high-traffic areas. Blockline Plus version is specifically applied in seismic risk zones.

Description

Blockline is a patented self-locking raised floor system designed to ensure precise panel positioning and long-term structural reliability. The system was developed to address the need for durability under intense surface stress while maintaining symmetry, flexibility, and full accessibility to the underfloor space. Its design minimizes the impact of installation tolerances and repeated panel lifting, making it suitable for demanding environments where stability and accuracy are essential over time.

Features and benefits:

  • Patented self-locking raised floor system that fixes panels securely to the structure.
  • High stability and strength achieved through a special pin-hole connection that increases contact surface area.
  • Column head gasket with a tear-proof locking system that prevents displacement during panel lifting.
  • Precise panel repositioning ensured even after repeated access and maintenance.
  • Compatibility with structures without stringers as well as with light, medium, and heavy stringers.
  • Suitable for environments with frequent surface stress, high maintenance activity, or ongoing construction work.
  • In the Blockline Plus version, enhanced locking performance is achieved through integrated raised flaps and a galvanized steel bottom finish.
  • Effective resistance to combined vertical and undulating movements in the Blockline Plus version, making it suitable for seismic risk zones.

Raised access floor surface

Raised access floor panels, chipboard core with customised holes.

Guidance for specification option:

Core produced with FSC® chipboard in class E1, with very low formaldehyde emissions and high density 730 kg/m³. It represents a solution with good performance, suitable for projects that do not require high loads or have limited budgets.

Raised access floor panels, calcium sulphate core with customised holes.

Guidance for specification option:

Core composed of a monolithic layer of calcium sulphate, anhydrite-reinforced with recycled cellulose fibers, reaction to fire in class A1. Calcium sulfate panels offer high-performance characteristics and are EPD certified making them also suitable for projects with high sustainability standards.

Raised access floor panels, sintered material core with customised holes.

Guidance for specification option:

Core made of inert and inorganic material, with very high density (2200 kg/m³). Resistant to temperature changes, non-absorbent and frost-resistant. Suitable for high humidity environments or outdoor spaces, in the version without edge trim.

Manufacturer guidance

The bottom covering of the raised floor panels can be of various types:

  • Anti-dust primer, only for calcium sulphate panels.
  • Aluminum foil, 0.05 mm thick, contributing good protection against the possible humidity under the floor.
