Application
For internal application in buildings:
- May be installed in partitions, brick walls, plenums, or duct-mounted applications.
- Suitable for vertical installation or horizontal with a blade limiting angle.
- Avoid use of dampers in extremely turbulent duct conditions.
Description
The BD series backdraught dampers are self-opening backdraught dampers designed to restrict air backflow, suitable for a range of different applications.
The damper case is constructed from galvanized mild steel with extruded aluminium blades with edge brush seals as standard and are available in Flangefit, Framefit, and Spigotfit options. The self-opening linked blade assembly will open/ close subject to air velocity. Available in a range of different sizes.
