A polyurethane adhesive for Bauder Fleece-Backed PVC & FPO membranes.
Application
Suitable substrates:
- Bauder foil faced and glass tissue faced insulation, EPS.
- OSB, plywood or timber.
- Concrete, lightweight concrete or cementitious materials.
- Metal.
- Existing asphalt and bitumen membranes.
- BauderROCK mineral wool insulation.
Not suitable substrates:
- Existing single ply membranes.
- Foil faced boards by others.

Description
Bauder PU Fleece-Backed Membrane Adhesive has been specifically developed to provide a secure and reliable bond of Bauder Fleece-Backed membrane to a variety of substrates. The application of the adhesive directly onto the substrate via the specialist canister and spray gun attachment reduces the application time by up to four times that required for installing a roller-applied product. Based on polyurethane technology, the adhesive provides an initial grab after approximately 10 minutes and is fully cured after 60 minutes at 20°C.
