Description

Smooth, seamless acoustic system for reducing reverberation time. May be used on vertical, horizontal, inclined or curved surfaces. It consists of two primary elements: pre-coated mineral fibre panels (BASWA Phon) adhered to a stable, airtight substrate such as gypsum board or concrete; and two layers of rendered marble sand premixed with binder: BASWA Base (sub layer) and BASWA Fine (surface coat).

BASWA Phon:

  • Material: Glass wool board (pressure and tension-resistant) with a 6 mm open pore pre-coating, constructed from recycled glass granulate (Poraver), organically combined.
  • Size: 600 x 800 mm.

BASWA Base:

  • Material: Marble sand plaster containing acrylic non-water-soluble binder (solvent-free).
  • Grain size: 0.7 mm.
  • Drying time (at 20°C/ 50% RH): 60 hours (approximate).

BASWA Fine:

  • Material: Marble sand plaster containing acrylic non-water-soluble binder (solvent-free).
  • Grain size: 0.5 mm.
  • Drying time (at 20°C/ 50% RH): 48 hours (approximate).

Product Options

- BASWA Fix C:

  • Material: Portland cement, calcitic aggregates and mating admixtures.
  • Colour: Cement grey.

- BASWA Fix K:
