Application

Use for:

Fixing ceramics, porcelain and vitrified tiles, mosaics, certain natural stones, terrazzo, rigid foam insulating materials and brick slips in dry or wet interior and exterior environments.

NOTE: Certain types of natural stone (i.e. limestone, marble, travertine and some granite) may be susceptible to water staining. In this case, use of a BAL rapid-setting white adhesive is recommended i.e. BAL RAPID FLEX ONE. Do NOT use BAL SUPERCOVER RAPIDSET for translucent or water sensitive stone.

Recommended for large format wall tiles.
Recommended for showers.

Description

Polymer-modified, rapid-setting, water and frost-resistant cementitious tile adhesive for walls and floors. It can be used to fix ceramics, porcelain and fully vitrified tiles, mosaics, rigid foam insulating materials and brick slips. It is also suitable for use in showers and further applications are possible by adding Admix AD1, e.g. overlaid timber floors. BAL Admix AD1 provides flexibility, increased adhesion and reduced water permeability. Exceeds the requirements for BS EN 12004 C1F.
