Water-based dispersion polymer liquid.
Application
Use for:
- Priming/sealing before tiling on to timber, plaster, screeds (cement: sand and anhydrite), rendering, vinyl tiles.
- Slurry coat for cement or plaster mix in dry and wet interior and exterior environments.
- Adhesive & grout admixture which improves strength and flexibility of BAL cementitious products.
Use in:
- Most interior and exterior locations.
- Dry and wet environments.
- Suitable for use in areas of total immersion, i.e. swimming pools, when used as an admix to cement based adhesives or grouts.
Suitable surfaces:
- Plaster.
- Vinyl.
- Anhydrite/calcium sulfate and hemi-hydrate screed.
- Overlaid timber floors.
- Tongue and groove floorboards.

Description
Multi-purpose all-in-one polymer liquid to be used as a bonding aid, primer, as part of a slurry bonding coat and as an admixture for many BAL adhesives & grouts.

- Only one liquid required to enhance strength and flexibility of suitable BAL adhesives & grouts.
- Only one liquid required to improve water resistance.
Not suitable for painted surfaces, existing non-porous surfaces (existing tiles), Epoxy coatings, waterproofing products, use over matting systems including BAL RAPID-MAT, BAL FLEXBONE 2EASY and BAL FLEXBONE VARIED and some manufactured board systems (check with manufacturers of mattings and boards). When used as a primer in swimming pools.
