Armatherm™ Z Girt - Thermal Break

Non-metallic Z-girts are a suitable product for furring exterior walls on a new/ existing masonry or steel stud backing. Armatherm™ Z-girts were developed to reduce heat lost in the building envelope while increasing the effective R-value of the total wall assembly.

Armatherm Z Girt thermal break helps to meet ASHRAE 90.1's requirements for continuous insulation by completely eliminating metal-to-metal contact and highly conductive elements associated with steel stud wall assemblies.
