Arbothane 1245 SL - Polyurethane sealant

A one part self-levelling polyurethane sealant which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough but flexible rubber.
Application
Recommended for use in both interior and exterior applications to seal joints in floors and walkways that are exposed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic in warehouses, garages and factory floors. For concrete and porous surfaces it is recommended that Arbokol AG2 Porous Primer is used to promote the correct adhesion.
Description
Arbothane 1245SL is a one part self-levelling polyurethane sealant which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough but flexible rubber. Arbothane 1245SL has good adhesion to concrete and many common construction substrates.
Features and benefits:
- Moderate resistance to most dilute acids and alkalis. Organic solvents may cause the sealant to swell and lose adhesion.
- 15 years+ service life.
- Very good UV resistance.
- For joint width 6–25 mm (single application) and depth 6/10–20 mm.
