Aluminium Perforated Structural RoofDek - Metal Roof Decking

Aluminium web-perforated roof decking to provide acoustic absorption, acoustic reduction (rating A–D) and structural support.

Features and benefits:

• Load/ span tables are calculated to Eurocode 9; however, a fixing check is also required.
• Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) LPS 1181-1 approved.
• CE marked (2273-CPR-0036).

Acoustic RoofDek trapezoidal profiles D46 to D100:

D46, D60 and D100 use perforating pattern 4546, 4.5 mm holes at 6.3 mm triangular centres. Pattern open area: 46%.

Acoustic RoofDek trapezoidal profiles D137 and D159:

• D137 and D159 use perforating pattern 3327, 3.3 mm holes at 6 mm triangular centres. Pattern open area: 27%.
• Depth of deck:
• The profile reference indicates the depth of the deck, e.g. D100 = 100 mm deep.

Fire performance:

• Reaction to fire performance: Dependent upon pre-finished steel product up to A1 rating to BS EN 13501-1 (considered non-combustible).
• Ratings for exposure and penetration to fire, dependent on build-up above deck.

• Cover area: Plan area of the soffit.
• Exposed area: Total area metal exposed.
