AliDrain Piped Soffit Drainage System

AliClad Piped Soffit Drainage is an enclosed water-management system.

AliClad Piped Soffit Drainage is a modular and configurable system, designed with steel fabricators in mind. AliDrain Piped Soffit Drainage is comprised of a range of components as follows:

1. A flat, interlocking structural-grade aluminium flow cladding board
2. A Flow Cladding Starter Trim
3. A Wide Flow Cladding Gutter
4. A Flow Cladding Support Rail
5. A piped gutter option



This Soffit-Level Piped Drainage system is designed to collect rainwater in the channels of the Flow Cladding Board before it is directed into a Wide Flow Cladding Gutter. Outlets and overflows are installed in a position to suit the balcony steelwork. Once you have installed the gutters, simply slide the soffit extrusions into the gutter profiles along the balcony structure, seal extrusions then fix the final gutter onto the side once you have all the soffit panels in place.

If the vertical aspect of the AliClad System is required on the balcony fascia the starter trim can be used to secure the AliClad Flow panels in place, so simply install the starter trim and interlock the panel extrusions into it.
